INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING (Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003)
This page describes how the website www.marinadiconcaverde.it is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who visit it. This notice is also provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 — the Personal Data Protection Code. The notice applies solely to the CCST s.r.l. website and not to any other websites that users may visit through external links.
At CCST s.r.l. your data is handled with security and absolute confidentiality. CCST s.r.l. carefully verifies compliance with legal provisions under applicable personal data protection legislation.
Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 and subsequent amendments, as a data subject of our processing activities, we inform you that the data you provide or that we otherwise collect will be processed as described below.
DATA CONTROLLER
Following a visit to this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The Data Controller is CCST s.r.l., registered office at Via Lazio 48, 07028 Olbia (OT), Italy.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the above-mentioned registered office and is carried out exclusively by technical staff authorised to process data, or by staff occasionally assigned to maintenance operations. No data derived from the web service is communicated or disclosed. Personal data provided by users submitting information requests is used solely to fulfil the requested service and is communicated to third parties only when necessary for that purpose.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures that operate this website collect, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but may, by its very nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by visitors connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computing environment.
This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on site usage and to monitor its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: barring this possibility, data on web contacts is currently retained for no longer than seven days.
DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER
The provision of data (e.g. name, surname, email address), which is explicit and voluntary on this site, entails its subsequent acquisition, which is necessary to respond to requests made.
Specific summary notices will be progressively displayed on pages of the site set up for particular services upon request.
COOKIES
No personal user data is collected by the site in this regard. Cookies are not used to transmit personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any kind used, nor are user tracking systems employed. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not persistently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow safe and efficient browsing of the site. The session cookies used on this site avoid the use of other computer techniques that could potentially compromise users' browsing privacy and do not allow the acquisition of personal identifying data.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users are free to provide personal data contained in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts with the office to request the sending of informational material or other communications. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to obtain what was requested.
METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed by automated means for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorised access.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
The persons to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to be informed of its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or its correction (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as the right to object in every case, on legitimate grounds, to their processing.
