Practical Tips

  • Reservations: in July and August it is essential to book at least 1–2 days in advance
  • Opening hours: restaurants open for dinner from 20:00; lunch generally from 13:00

Gallura Wines

Don't forget to pair your fish with an excellent Vermentino di Gallura DOCG: a fresh, floral white wine, perfect with fish. For meat, Cannonau di Sardegna is the structured and mineral red par excellence.

  • Day trips — Perfect for combining lunch with a visit to beaches or hiking trails
